The Doctoral College coaching network comprises of Coaches from a wide range of academic and professional services roles across the University.
The Doctoral Coaching Network comprises of the following staff members. Coaches undertake coaching in addition to their main roles within the University and support coaching on a voluntary basis. Coaches are either trained in coaching and mentoring (or have equivalent relevant experience). Coaches receive on-going support and supervision, and are committed to their own continuous professional development as a coach.
The Doctoral Coaching Network is overseen by Oli Schofield, Head of Doctoral Researcher Development and Experience within the Doctoral College. Oli is an experienced Coach and trainee Level 7 Coaching Supervisor.
