About the fair
This is our largest and best attended careers fair of the academic year typically attracting over 1000 students each day and takes place at the centre of our campus. It is an important event in our annual calendar and the first opportunity in the academic year to bring recruiting employers and high calibre students together.
The fair spans four days to accommodate many exhibitors in this busy period. Based on evaluation and reflection, each of the four days is open to employers of any discipline allowing flexibility for employers and students - no sector specific days this year.
Each year the Fairs attract a wide range of industrial, commercial and public sector employers, with opportunities from placements and internships to graduate level and direct entry positions. Students from all years and degree disciplines will be invited to these widely advertised and promoted careers events.
The University of Bath aims to provide accessible venues for events. If you or any of your representatives at a fair have any special support needs, please let us know in advance.

The Autumn Careers and Placements Fair week will be Monday 13 October to Thursday 16 October 2025, with the fair running from 11am to 3pm each day. The event venue is The Claverton Rooms, central campus (BA2 7AY).
