The University recognises that the escalation of the conflict between Iran and Israel over the weekend is deeply concerning for members of our community. Our thoughts are with all those who have lost loved ones and those who are concerned about family members, friends or colleagues.
We continue to be committed to supporting all our students and staff who may be affected, and in addition to the support listed below we would also like to make you aware that anyone with an @bath email address has access to Crisis24 Horizon. This free service provides 24/7 alerts of threats and disruptions, country risk analysis, and actionable safety and security advice. To access the service visit the login page, register as a new user, create a password and verify your account using the link in the verification email.
As an inclusive international community, we ask you to continue to be supportive of one another, and you may find our #NeverOK Online toolkit helpful. We are asking the managers of any staff affected by this conflict to be supportive and mindful of what they may be going through, and flexible with their working arrangements to help them cope and feel supported at this time.
As a University we are ensuring that our support services (linked below) are available to provide as much support as possible.
